We are in this together and we are here to help you navigate this incredibly difficult time.
WHAT WE ARE DOING
We’re closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the COVID-19 situation. We're also continuing to receive guidance from local and government agencies and public health officials to ensure the most up-to-date information and protocols are in place.
More than ever, we know that you need to stay connected. We’re taking every step to make sure all our clients can stay in touch with work, school and news. We have developed plans to optimize your internet to handle the bandwidth of so many at home. We have inexpensive solutions to eliminate the need to touch devices to control them. We also have a variety of collaboration tools to allow you to communicate and share ideas with co-workers or teach students remotely.
Lastly, we know that staying home for so many hours brings entertainment challenges and that many of you are suffering a loss of income. We can recommend free streaming services, ways to cut cost and low cost options to add streaming services to spare TVs that are not connected to the internet.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE
We are offering remote assistance for a small fee for clients who need computer support, Harmony remote updates or WiFi updates and optimization. You may also purchase a year of support for just $99. We will also be extending our phone hours from 9am - 10pm Monday-Sunday.
ENSURING SAFETY DURING A VISIT
When an on-site call is required, our top priority is keeping your household and ourselves safe. We have been following social distancing guidelines since the onset of this crises, wearing gloves, monitoring our temperature and keeping hand sanitizer on us at all times. We are cleaning all surfaces, tools and vehicle after each service call with disinfectants recommended by the CDC. We will properly dispose of all packaging we bring on-site.
We ask that you maintain social distance guidelines of 6 feet and prefer that members of your household and pets avoid rooms/areas we are working in when possible.
If any member of your household has a fever, cough or exhibit any flu-like symptoms, please re-schedule your appointment 24 hours prior to our arrival. Appointments not cancelled within 24 hours or if we exercise the right to leave because we observe someone on location that has flu-like symptoms may result in a $75 cancellation fee. Please express any concerns our guidelines you would like us to follow when scheduling your appointment.
When a service call can be completed outside the home or business, we will complete our work without customer contact.
Call us at (866) 998-4843 or use the contact form in the tab above if you would like to discuss any technological issues or challenges you are facing through this difficult time.
